GROB 5-axis machining centres

- The horizontal spindle position allows the longest travel on the Z axis and optimum swarf fall.
- The unique arrangement of the three linear axes results in a short distance between the guideways and the tool centre point (TCP) and particularly high machine rigidity.
- The tunnel concept allows the largest possible component to be swivelled and machined within the working area without collisions, even with the longest tools.
- Three linear axes and two rotary axes allow 5-sided machining and simultaneous 5-axis interpolation with a swivel range of 230 degrees on the A' axis and 360 degrees on the B' axis.
