45 years driving the machining industry: February dedicated to our Service and Support

This is a very special year for Ferrotall: 2026 marks our 45th anniversary supporting the machining industry with solutions, machinery and specialist service. Over more than four decades, we have grown alongside our customers, adapting to their needs and evolving with every technological innovation in the sector.

To celebrate, throughout the year we will be talking about the different business lines that make up the group and that have enabled us to grow and establish ourselves as a benchmark in the sector.

In February, coinciding with Mechanics' Day (24 February), we want to highlight our Ferromaster Service Department, a team that has been key to our development and that of our customers, helping them improve productivity and get the best performance from their equipment.

Ferromaster: experience and proximity at the service of industry

From the outset, Ferromaster has adapted to every stage of machining, from conventional machinery to the most advanced CNC systems and numerical control.

Today, Ferromaster offers a wide range of specialised services, including:

• Repair and maintenance of CNC and conventional machines: we keep our customers' equipment running and extend its service life.

• Commissioning and specialised training: we support operators and technicians so that they master their machines and get the most out of them.

• Equipment retrofitting: we modernise existing machinery to bring it up to the latest technological standards, increasing its efficiency and accuracy.

• Part design and mould design service: from engineering to production, we support our customers in optimising processes and improving quality, ensuring consistent, efficient results.

We also have expertise in Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc and Fagor controls, which allows us to guarantee an expert, responsive and reliable service. Every job is carried out by highly qualified professionals who understand the importance of minimising downtime and maximising production performance.

Mould engineering and applications: tailored technical support

In its early days, Ferromaster was set up as an engineering and service department, with the aim of meeting the industrial needs of the area and responding to the intense activity of the mould sector.

During its first years, the company consolidated its growth on the back of a mould engineering and applications department with solid experience, which became one of the fundamental pillars of its development. Based in Ibi, one of the areas with the longest tradition in the mould industry in Spain, Ferromaster worked with local companies, providing technical solutions tailored to each need and focused on optimising machining processes.

From the start, Ferromaster understood that its value lay not only in the technical side but in the way it worked. It was committed to proximity, dedication and real involvement in every project. It supported its customers from the first idea through to commissioning, being present at every stage and taking care of every detail, with the aim of building solid relationships based on trust.
