Pinacho S-90/180 centre lathe
Compact conventional centre lathe from the Spanish manufacturer Pinacho, suited to maintenance shops, prototyping, vocational training and the manufacture of small parts: shafts, bushings, special fasteners, pins and spare parts.
Key strengths
The Pinacho S-90 series is a workshop lathe that is very widespread in Spain, with a threading gearbox for metric, Whitworth, module and diametral pitch threads, according to the machine's own chart. This unit has a digital readout, chuck guard and carriage guard, which makes for precise and safe work.

What workpiece size does the Pinacho S-90/180 accept?
According to our data sheet, it takes 360 mm in diameter over the bed, 520 mm in the gap and 205 mm over the cross slide, with 750 mm between centres. The spindle bore is 52 mm, enough to pass medium-diameter bar through the headstock.
What does the digital readout add to this lathe?
The readout shows on screen the position of the carriage and the cross slide, as read by measuring scales. The turner does not depend on the verniers, saves time on measuring between passes and reduces errors, which is very useful on parts with several diameters and lengths.
Is it suited to vocational training or small workshops?
Yes. Thanks to its size, 880 kg weight and conventional operation, the Pinacho S-90/180 is a very common lathe in training centres and maintenance workshops. It allows turning, facing, drilling and threading in several systems without any need for CNC programming.
