Description
The Tongtai THL series of CNC lathes is built with an optimum structural design; the one-piece machine bed is made of high-quality cast iron. The lathe has a solid structure that forms the best basis for high dynamic rigidity and machining performance. The ball screws are driven directly by high-performance servo motors with couplings to avoid transmission errors. A C axis and a live-tool turret with the advanced BMT-75 tooling system are also available, providing combined turning and milling functions. A rotary encoder is used to feed back the position of the C axis, providing positioning with excellent accuracy and repeatability.
