Description
The Vurcon SBL65M is a 30° slant-bed CNC lathe with live tooling. It swings Ø 520 mm over the bed, turns parts up to Ø 165 × 480 mm and has a bar capacity of Ø 60 mm. The A2-6 spindle (motor spindle) runs at 5,000 rpm with 20.5 kW, and the turret carries 12 BMT45 live tools. The slant bed clears swarf well and gives good access to the work area.
