Universal milling machine from Heller, built in 2011, with a 1,250 x 260 mm table, a universal head and a three-axis digital readout. It is a compact machine for conventional machining in maintenance, tooling and training workshops and for one-off parts.
Heller Máquina Herramienta (Elche, Alicante) supplies universal knee-type milling machines with a swivelling head, a gearbox for speed selection and automatic table feeds. The combination of a horizontal spindle and a universal head allows milling in different planes in a single set-up.
Milling of slots, keyways and faces, maintenance parts, simple tooling and vocational training in machining.
The machine is at our premises in Monforte del Cid (Alicante), where you can visit it; contact us to see it running or to receive a video. Our own service engineers take care of transport, installation and commissioning.
The table measures 1,250 x 260 mm and the travels are 800 mm in X, 280 mm in Y and 370 mm in Z. It is suitable for small and medium-sized workshop parts, such as flanges, brackets, short shafts and tooling, machined with the horizontal spindle or with the universal head.
According to our data sheet, the spindle runs between 35 and 1,600 rpm with a 2.2 kW main motor and an ISO 40 taper spindle. This configuration is designed for conventional machining of steel, aluminium and cast iron in parts of moderate size, with good versatility thanks to the swivelling head.
Yes. The photos show a three-axis (X, Y, Z) Fagor digital readout mounted on the column, which makes it easier to read dimensions and position the table without relying on the verniers. It is especially useful for coordinate drilling and precision work on one-off parts.
