Description and equipment
La JO MACH 145 es un centro operativo a pórtico móvil y doble sistema de medición por control numérico para operaciones de fresado, corte, taladrado, perfiladura, control de alta potencia y velocidad a 3 y 5 ejes. Retrofitada en 2016.
La JOBS JO MACH 145 está destinada a ambientes de producción que imponen la utilización intensiva de los medios de producción.
El recorrido vertical de la caña (eje Z) de 2000mm, permite una amplia gama de mecanizado de piezas de materiales distintos,tanto a simple como a doble curvatura, en los siguientes sectores:
- Mecanizado de moldes y troqueles
- Mecanizados aeronáuticos
- Mecánica general
Particularmente, y para estas aplicaciones, el moderno concepto de mecanizado esta permitido gracias a :
- Alta velocidad de los ejes
- Alta velocidad de rotación del husillo
- Tiempos de ciclo reducidos en los procesamientos de datos
