Description

The Tongtai TMV-1100A vertical machining centres are built from high-quality cast iron components. Large orthogonal guideways make this machine an ideal choice for heavy-duty cutting. Swarf is cleared easily by two screw-type swarf conveyors and a discharge system. Finite element analysis (FEA) ensures static and dynamic rigidity.

The spindle is fitted with a high-torque gearbox and a cooler that reduces the heat generated by high-speed cutting.
