Description
The Tongtai QVM-1100 vertical machining centre was built to reduce machining processes and lead times, and is specially designed for high-speed machining. It delivers a perfect, high-precision surface finish and saves additional polishing time. Capable of working with hardness above HRC 40°. The time this work takes with EDM could be reduced considerably by using the small radial cutter to polish the edges. Excellent for machining alloys for the aerospace industry and parts with thin, lightweight sections.
