Description

The Tongtai MDV-551 vertical machining centre has a compact gantry-type structure that works together with the movement of the A and C axes, so the complete machining process needs only a single set-up while maintaining workpiece accuracy during machining. The A and C axes integrate driven pallets to prevent shocks. The accuracy of the gear transmission maintains over 90% energy efficiency, ensuring cutting accuracy and avoiding the heat generated by machining.
