Description
The Micro Dynamics MEGA 20VT is the most compact 5-axis machining centre in the MEGA range. It builds on the proven MEGA 30V frame, in Meehanite FC300 cast iron, and integrates a Ø 200 mm trunnion-type tilting table driven by torque motors, with hydraulic clamping and Renishaw rotary encoders on the A and C axes as standard.

- X/Y/Z travels of 420 × 510 × 451 mm; A axis from +40° to −120° and continuous 360° C axis.
- Integrated dual-contact motor spindle of 15,000 rpm, 31 kW and 141 Nm, with options of 20,000, 24,000 and 30,000 rpm.
- 40-tool magazine, expandable to 60, 90 or 120, with a 1.2 s tool change.
- Mitsubishi M830VW (4+1) or M850VW control for simultaneous 5-axis machining, with tilted working plane and TCP; also available with FANUC 0i-MF Plus.
