One of the most important assets of Ferrotall Group is the team of mechanics and technicians who make up Ferromaster, the in-house technical service of this Elche-based machine tool company.
With a long track record, Ferromaster and its technicians have adapted to the times: from their beginnings assembling, repairing and setting up conventional machinery, to the arrival of numerical control and its different types of controls.
Today they specialise in all kinds of repairs on the most common controls in the machining industry (SIEMENS, FANUC, FAGOR, HEIDENHAIN). They also carry out commissioning and training for machines from the brands represented by Ferrotall, as well as maintenance and retrofitting of metal-cutting machines, such as those offered by Ferrotall Ocasión .
The representation agreement signed by Ferrotall with Europe's largest manufacturer of 5-axis machining centres, GROB, has enabled the technical service to take a leap in quality.
The Ferromaster mechanics and technicians have been certified by GROB after completing extensive training at its facilities in Mindelheim (Germany) in the manufacturer's technology and methodology, making them the Official GROB Technical Service in Spain.
An added value for Ferromaster, giving it a distinction that is unique in Spain and offering quality and service backed by a premium manufacturer of machining centres.
In 2020 Ferromaster has already commissioned several GROB machining centres, including those at FAYMM and SAINDU.
