Description and equipment
MRF FU-145 milling machine
The MRF FU-145 is a conventional milling machine with a large 1,450 x 320 mm table and travels of 930 mm in X, 300 mm in Y and 500 mm in Z. It is used in general machining shops for medium-sized and long parts.
Key strengths
The long table allows several parts to be mounted for the same pass, or long workpieces to be machined. Speed and feed selection is by lever, simple to use with no electronics, and the start push-button panel is on the front.

What parts can the MRF FU-145 machine?
Its 1,450 x 320 mm table and 930 x 300 x 500 mm travels allow it to handle long, medium-sized parts and short runs of small parts. It is useful for machine beds, flanges, fixtures and spare parts in steel, cast iron or aluminium.
What spindle speeds does it have?
Our data sheet gives 1,500 rpm as the maximum head speed. The selector plate in the photos shows steps from 35 rpm up to 1,500 rpm. The exact range should be confirmed with the machine running, as should the condition of the gears and the head, during a visit to our premises.
Does it have a digital readout or CNC control?
No digital readout or CNC control can be seen in the photos of our unit: it is a manually operated conventional milling machine, with lever-operated speed and feed selectors. If you need to add a digital readout for more accurate work, our own service engineers can advise you on the options available.
