Frequently asked questions

What travels does the Anayak FV-4 have?

Our data sheet gives 800 mm in X, 400 mm in Y and 500 mm in Z, with a 1,340 x 305 mm table. The spindle taper is ISO 40 to DIN 2080 and head speeds range from 50 to 2,500 rpm.

Does it have a digital readout?

Yes, the photos show a Fagor readout displaying two axes, X and Y, mounted on an arm at the side of the head. We cannot see a Z-axis display. It makes positioning easier without relying solely on the handwheel dials.

Is it a CNC milling machine?

No. It is a conventional turret milling machine, operated with handwheels and levers, with a digital readout. It is suited to one-off parts, repairs and machining work where programming a CNC machine is not worthwhile. Our service engineers can advise you on the readout and on preparing the machine for your workshop.
