Hopper dryer material heater
Hopper dryer for heating or drying material, with a cylindrical bin, conical discharge hopper and temperature control panel. It is used in plastics processing to dry or heat pellets.
Configuration of this unit

- Orange hot-air hose.
- Conical discharge hopper on an aluminium-profile frame.

What is a hopper dryer used for?
It heats and dries granular material inside a hopper with hot air before processing, which is common with plastic pellets in injection moulding and extrusion. The temperature is set from the control panel. On this unit, the panel has a digital temperature controller.
What is the hopper capacity?
The listing does not give the volume, power or maximum temperature, and the photos do not show a legible plate. We will check this on the machine and confirm it before making an offer, together with the voltage and consumption, so that you can work out whether it covers the output of your machine.
