Lagun GVC 1000 machining centre
The Lagun GVC 1000 is a closed-frame vertical machining centre from the Lagun brand (Goratu Group), for medium-sized parts in general engineering, die making and subcontract machining.

Our data sheet lists a 1,200 x 500 mm table and travels of 1,000 mm in X, 500 mm in Y and 620 mm in Z. It is a very practical size for medium-sized general engineering parts. If you have a specific part, send us its dimensions and weight and we will confirm that it fits.
What spindle speed and tool changer does it have?
Our data sheet gives a spindle of up to 6,000 rpm. The photos show a carousel-type automatic tool changer next to the spindle. The model catalogue mentions 18 tools, but that capacity would need to be confirmed on this particular unit.
How does it differ from a conventional CNC milling machine?
A machining centre combines an enclosed cabin, an automatic tool changer and a more powerful spindle, so milling, drilling and tapping operations can be carried out in sequence in a single set-up. A conventional CNC milling machine usually has tools changed by hand and is intended for shorter runs.
