DMG MORI DMC 1035 V ecoline vertical machining centre
The DMC 1035 V ecoline is a vertical machining centre from DMG MORI, with travels of 1,035 x 560 x 510 mm and a 1,200 x 560 mm table, for batch production of medium-sized parts.
Key strengths
The DMG MORI ecoline range comprises compact vertical machining centres. On this unit the control console is a Heidenhain SLIMline with a large-format screen. According to the series manual photographed next to the machine, the spindle reaches 12,000 rpm depending on equipment (8,000 rpm in another version) and the taper is SK 40 DIN 69871.

What travels does the DMC 1035 V ecoline have?
The travels are 1,035 mm in X, 560 mm in Y and 510 mm in Z, and the table measures 1,200 x 560 mm, according to our data sheet. The travels match those in the model manual photographed next to the machine. The data sheet does not state the maximum table load.
Does it have through-tool coolant?
Yes, our data sheet lists through-tool coolant and a swarf conveyor. Internal coolant allows deep-hole drilling and flushes the swarf out with the coolant itself, while the conveyor removes it from the working area. The pump pressure and flow rate are not given on the data sheet.
What control does it have?
Our data sheet gives Heidenhain TNC 640, and the console in the photos is a Heidenhain SLIMline with a large-format screen. The exact model cannot be read with the screen switched off. This type of control supports conversational programming with cycles as well as DIN/ISO programming, which is common in machining workshops.
