Description and equipment
Pinacho S-90/200 centre lathe
Centre lathe from the Pinacho S-90 series with 1,150 mm between centres, 400 mm swing over bed and 600 mm swing in gap. It is a workshop lathe for shafts, bushes and medium-sized parts in general machining and maintenance.
Visible equipment
The headstock plate reads “S-90/200” and there is a Dimasol sticker. The photos show a three-jaw chuck, a four-position toolpost, a flexible coolant hose, a blue swarf tray and a guard with a transparent window and rear cover.

What capacity does the Pinacho S-90/200 have?
The data sheet gives 1,150 mm between centres, 400 mm swing over bed, 600 mm in the gap and 370 mm over the cross slide, with a 52 mm spindle bore. The headstock plate confirms the S-90/200 model, and the year on the data sheet is 2008.
Does it have a swarf guard?
Yes, there is a guard with a transparent window over the carriage and a rear guard. A flexible coolant hose can also be seen. The condition and operation of any safety interlocks should be checked during the visit, together with the rest of the machine.
What is the difference between swing over bed and swing in gap?
The swing over bed, 400 mm, is the largest diameter that can rotate without touching the bed. The gap is a recess in the bed next to the chuck that allows larger-diameter parts to be mounted, 600 mm on this data sheet, but only short ones. It is used for discs and wide flanges.
