Takumi H13 double column machining centre
The Takumi H13 is a double column machining centre with a 900 x 1,400 mm table and 900 x 1,300 x 700 mm travels, suited to medium-sized and large parts: moulds, fixtures and machinery components.
Key strengths
The Takumi H series models listed on machinery portals come with Heidenhain controls, and this unit has an electrical cabinet with Heidenhain drives visible in the photos. According to our data sheet, the table measures 900 x 1,400 mm and the travels are 900 mm in X, 1,300 mm in Y and 700 mm in Z. It can machine medium-sized and large prismatic parts and fairly large fixtures.
Which control and taper does it have?
Our data sheet gives a Heidenhain 530 control and a BBT-40 taper; the photos show a screen and a cabinet with Heidenhain drives. The BBT-40 taper cannot be seen in the photos and is taken from the data sheet. The spindle reaches 15,000 rpm and the machine has through-tool coolant.
How many tools does the magazine hold?
According to our data sheet, the tool changer holds up to 30 tools, and the photo of the disc magazine shows positions numbered up to 30. This capacity lets you keep several tools loaded for jobs with different operations, with no manual tool changes between cycles. The condition and contents of the magazine are confirmed on the machine.
