It is an X-51: that is what our listing states, and it can be read cast into the housing cover in the photo. The original product title repeated the same model. Brand and year are not stated; we will confirm them during the visit.
Does the bevelling machine run on three-phase power?
The photo shows a cable with a red industrial plug, of the type commonly used for three-phase connections, but we have not read the voltage or power on the rating plate. We will check this on the unit before you decide on the purchase or installation.
