Description and equipment
FAT SA-370 bandsaw
Bandsaw with a pivoting bow on a swivel base for cutting bar, tube and sections in machining shops and stockholders. The bow is engraved MOD 370; the FAT make and the SA-370 designation come from the listing title.
Configuration of this unit
- Bow engraved MOD 370 and swivel base under the bow for angle cuts.
- Workpiece clamping vice and blue pneumatic lines.
- Control panel with main switch, emergency stop button and push-buttons for vice and bow; marked 380 volt.
- Motor at the end of the bow and red three-phase CEE-type plug.
- Grey base with tank underneath.

What does SA mean on a bandsaw?
SA usually denotes a semi-automatic saw, where the operator loads the material and the machine lowers the bow and cuts. On this unit the designation comes from the title and the bow is engraved MOD 370; we will confirm how the bow and vice are operated when we inspect the machine before quoting.
Can it cut at an angle?
The photos show a swivel base under the bow, which indicates angle cutting. The maximum angle for this unit is not on the data sheet and we do not take any figure for granted; we will check it on the machine and confirm it before quoting.
