The new HB series of Tongtai has a redesigned casting structure. Furthermore it adopts improvements on the structure rigidity, including triple point support of the machine bed, double wall structure design in the column and high rigidity linear guide ways in three axis. Moreover, for machining efficiency, this redesigned horizontal machining center saves 10 to 30% non cutting time in three axis rapid traverse, pallet/tool changing and B-axis positioning. The built-in motor allows quick reaction for machine start and stop. Also, it decreases the noise of vibration. Both advantages attain the requirements of high precision swing and stability in machining.

HB-800II adopts a new splash guard design. Compared with the last generation it saves 15% of floor space and allows the clients to have more space available.
