Ferrotall has a after sales service . Our strategic offices throughout Spain allow us to reach all points of the national geography and carry out the installation and start-up of your new and used machinery.
Our commitment is to be close to the customer throughout the entire installation process, from the unloading of the machine, through leveling and anchoring in the ground, and verification of geometries.
Machining center’s installation
Ferrotall carries out the installation of new and second-hand machining centers , both CNC and conventional machinery and weighing up to 35 tonnes. We are specialists in 4th and 5th axis installations in new and second-hand machining centers. Our technicians perform the installation in record time, making us leaders in our sector. We have a complete range of tools and trained personnel to install the machining centers in all types of facilities in the sector of chip removal. Our technicians will be at your disposal from the time of receipt of the machine to its correct leveling, fixing the machine to the ground if necessary.
During installation, our technicians will give you precise instructions on the handling of the machine as well as the numerical control, giving you the different necessary documentation. If you have any doubts, Ferrotall technicians will pay you on the spot. If you need a personalized training, do not hesitate to consult our training courses in numerical control.
Ferrotall carries out a start-up of quality machining centers , as we have a team of specialized technicians who will perform a series of checks to verify that the tolerances of the machine are within those marked by the Manufacturer and is in optimal conditions for the machining. Among the checks made to the machine are the exhaustive heating of the head and a test of geometries with our Ballbar of the prestigious brand Renishaw.
Our team of technicians will complete the start up of the machining center with a small training to the customer. This course includes good machining practices and how to perform a periodic maintenance to the machine and thus not suffer excessive wear, which will give us a longer life of the same.
